Problem with version 4.1

Update: METARS and TAFS are now functioning normally! Excellent program! Thanks again. Outstanding wish list: Canadian Elevation database and geo-referenced approach charts.

I have used this program for several years and wrote a favourable (5 star) review in June 2010. Since downloading version 4.04 the weather feature (METARS TAFS) has become inoperative. I sent an email 5 days ago via the Support email address but have received no reply. Please address this ASAP. ALSO, please supply Canadian elevation data.
